I created Strong Feels Good after obsessing over my weight for years. After hitting my ideal weight I realized a few things:
- I was miserable
- I was doing countless hours of cardio and random workouts
- I felt like shit
So I decided to shift my perspective and focus on getting STRONGER. I threw away the scale1
Now, not only do I look amazing, I am stronger than I have ever been and I FEEL amazing. My goal is to spread this message to the world! I've now helped hundreds of women with this concept get the body of their dreams by focusing on getting stronger.
