7 Ways to Get Back to YOU Again

Season #1

A lot of times, we have to get back to ourselves when something big happens in our lives, usually triggering or negative. In this episode, I’m going to share with you 7 strategies that I’ve added to my toolkit to regroup and get back to feeling like myself again. I’m going to get vulnerable here, especially about relationships!

Instead of wondering, “why is this happening to me?” think instead “why is this happening for me?”  With each experience in life, both good and bad, we grow, and the painful experiences can become less painful. I hope these tools help you! Personally, I am still on my search to find that person to compliment me (not complete me), and I know that person is out there looking for me too. But at the end of the day, forget about whether or not people like you. Do YOU like you? Are you doing the things to help YOU get to the best version of yourself? Because the person you are with isn’t meant to heal you from your traumas. They are meant to just be there on the journey to comfort you and listen to you.

Always thank the bad times for what you’ve learned as you went through them. If we didn’t have them, we wouldn’t be able to appreciate the amazing moments, things, and people in our lives.
